This was a meeting I did not set out for, but I think it teaches a lesson about the priorities in people's lives. They need attention and connection. And although the glue is not great for them, the priority should be to help them with everything else first.

The new president, Marcos and Duterte's daughter, strike a different tone than Duterte and do not glorify violence like Duterte did. They are more in line with standard 'drugs are bad mmk'-style of drug war.
